Ice n’ Spice Festival

This is one of the most fun events that comes to Penn Ave all year! Come stop by to watch dozens of artists create gorgeous and unique ice sculptures. Last year DIL had the pleasure of having an artist create a diamond ring ice sculpture – come visit to see what is in store for this year! And, our in-store “Frost Yourself” event will take place at the same time.
